I will not go again. I have seen that the product that he was using very cheap kind plus the material is not enough and old,so he added from other bottle. My nails were cut so short and look like 8yr old girl’s nails. Still I paid the full amount with and a tip. I will not recommend this place. I used it because I am new to the are so first and last.

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismMy first time was today, went for a pedicure. They were busy but kept apologizing for the weight, offered for me to sit in the chair to turn massage on. Linda did my pedicure and she took her time and did an excellent job. Her foot massage was amazing! I will definitely be back!

So the people here are nice but what I experienced with respect as a consumer was not good. I went there 2 weeks ago to be serviced for the first time. I got a set of gel nails. Within a day they began to turn colors. I called and spoke with the Manager, John. He remembered who I was and said it was probably an issue with the product. I went yesterday to do the usual every two weeks servicing. He looked at the nails and said “You have hair dye in your hair, that turn your nails”….uh… I’m wearing a wig!!!!! What I thought would happen is that he would accept that his product was no good and at least offer some concession for this problem. He did not. And instead, charged me full price for all of my services and did not even mention making good on the faulty product he used before. Should it happen Again, I’m going to demand a refund. Since it doesn’t appear that he won’t offer. And I will not be returning.

My daughter just got home from having her nails, toes and eyebrows done. They closed at 8pm, but they did not rush her. They offered excellent customer service and her nails and brows look BEAUTIFUL. Thank you for taking such good care of her and offering excellent service. I’ll be in with her next time.

I made a mistake and decided to try this new nail salon bc we just moved into the area. Absolutely horrible experience! My nails look like a two year old did it. Super messy, and done with the gel, so I have to go to my regular salon to redo it tomorrow. When I said that I wasn’t happy with it, no one did or said anything. Very disappointed.
