Came here to get a fill and try it out since I’m from the area and LOVED it! They saw me despite there being a slight wait and made sure to talk and keep me updated until I was seen. They helped me find the colors I wanted and checked in throughout the manicure to make sure I liked the look. Even got offered refreshments during the manicure!

Not a bad salon to go to, but they do NOT do dip powder correctly. I have been getting dip powder for over 4 years and have never had it done the way they did. They do not have you dip your finger into powder, they wet a brush and put it onto your finger instead. I, personally, do not care for this method and find it to be less natural feeling. Manicure and pedicure both look amazing, but I wish my nails felt differently because I have never had them feel this way after a dip manicure. Kind service, quick service.

Be ware of this nail shop I will never return again. I have never been to a location where they charge 45 for a polish change for a 12 year old child.There was no manicure done just swapping of gel polish. There were 4 nails that needed polish taken off of the nails that is all. So I’m expected to believe that it is 10.00 to remove the 4 nails that had chipped polish on them and 35 for only gel polish. We Had the same thing done on her feet no pedicure but that was 30. Mind u I also had a pedicure which was 50. the man that says he was owner said he did not care if we patronized his business or not after telling those prices are not correct. But it’s fine he doesn’t need my family business we will go back out to suffolk or across the bridge This place is a complete ripoff mind u an appointment was made by my mother for myself and my neice at 1030 we sat for an hour because there was not enough people working. When the appointment was made it should have been told that the others had not come in due to the bridge being up. Super convenient but we didn’t complain we sat and waited patiently to be taken advantage of. I definitely will not be returning and gave advised my mother who is frequent customer that she is probably being taken advantage of as well. They have officially lost this family business.

I went to get my feet done and not only was it the fastest pedicure I’ve ever received but the Technician tied to polish my toes without sanding my feet or pushing down the cuticles. My feet on the side was still peeling .When I brought it to her attention she said she couldn’t use the pumice stone due to my feet being dry. She only had me soak for 5 minutes and when I told her I’ve never had that problem anywhere else and I wanted to talk to the manager, she stated he wasn’t there and I could leave. So I did just that and went to Hampton where I normally go and they did my feet and they didn’t have any problems and my feet looked great. The customer service was extremely poor and the lack of communication was terrible! I’ll never go back or recommend them to anyone. I live in isle of Wright county and try to support local business but they left me with a horrible and it was a waste of my time!
