Went in for a fill and I wanted a new set bc I wanted a new shape so it was a uncharge they did not want to do it so I said if she would cut my nails down I would leave she continued to rip my nails off until I was in tears and bleeding

I used to have great experiences here but the last ones have not been great. My last nail appointment, I had to wait 30 minutes despite making an appointment in advance. That I can understand because they didn’t have many workers, but it still was annoying. Then, while doing my nails, the woman made multiple of my fingers bleed, which has never happened to me. The next day the parts of my fingers below the nail are red and swollen. Then lastly, I asked for a simple spiderweb design and she would not do it and just did something else. Will not be coming back.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have tried many nail salons around the area and this place is by far my favorite. The staff are all friendly, professional, and attentive. As with any salon, I appreciate the shaping that some technicians do over others, but I have yet to have a bad manicure or pedicure.As of recent I have been going with a friend who is older and cannot reach his feet. He is extremely ticklish and sensitive and they always listen to his requests. I love that they also will give their professional advice for what he can do to keep his feet happier, in between the pedicures.I usually get the spa pedicure, which is just Devine. I feel so relaxed and “pretty” when I leave, having not only the toenails painted but a nice leg massage as well. I have also had manicures here. They have always turned out on point. One time the manicure color changed in the sunlight. I went back to let them know. The technician immediately threw out the rest of that bottle so that it would not happen again, then redid my nails for me.Fantastic service, great product, and has a variety of services and prices for your budget.I have tried many nail salons around the area and this place is by far my favorite.
