I got a regular manicure here and it was a very unrelaxing and rushed experience. I honestly do a MUCH better job painting my own nails. I had just cut and shaped my nails myself a few days before so the tech didn’t even bother filing them, told me they looked great. The clear coat does not go to the edges of the nail color and is patchy on all the sides of my nails. The nail tech did not take feedback well at all when I asked her to fix a few spots for a service I AM PAYING FOR she pushed my hands toward the fan and said “it’s fine”. Also when I was leaving and grabbing my stuff she said “don’t mess up your nails because I’m not going to fix it”. The tools were not actively being disinfected like other places I usually go to. I would not recommend!!!!! If someone is paying for a service no matter how cheap or expensive treat them with respect, it’s part of your job!

I’ve been going to this salon for the past couple years but I think I’ll be looking for a new salon. I feel like I’m being overcharged and not getting the same quality care that I was receiving in the beginning. I understand that they’re getting more popular now which is cool but I feel as though everything is a rush and as a result, the nails chip away easily or the design is a mess. Not to mention that their service doesn’t match the prices they charge. For what I’m paying, this should not be occurring so frequently. I recently went for a gel pedicure and left a tip. I ended up being charged way more than what I put down on my receipt. I guess whoever entered in the tip decided they deserved more. I’m definitely disputing the charges and will not be returning

First visit was awesome perfect dip manicure that last a long time. The second time they were busy and I had to wait 30 minutes. I think it depends on who you get. My suggestion is go at an off time. Gel manicures

I’ve never written a review in my life.. but this had to be shared. I’ve had three bad experiences in a row at this “spa”. Only came back the last two times because I had a gift card. My last gel mani completely peeled off within 5 days. Came back today for another gel just to use the last of the gift card. Told the owner about my last experience and she couldnt have cared less. She really didn’t seem interested in my concern. The place was filthy. There was pizza, from what i could tell, crumbs on the counter I was ushered too. Trash everywhere. Bud light boxes and half drank soda bottles. Maybe they had a party the night before? Regardless it’s not where I want to be receiving a service from. Not sure the board of health would want me to either. Picked out a color and the bottle that was brought over was different from what I picked. I was told it was the right color but from a past experience I was given the wrong color so I knew better. Their numbers on their samples do not match the bottles. The girl who did my nails was very inexperienced. She had to start over and then the owner had to take over. They didn’t even completely take off all the polish that was done wrong. The first tech was using a wrong base coat. So I don’t have high hopes on this gel

Best manicure ever! I got a Gel manicure done here and it’s lasted for well over 3 weeks without chipping or peeling – something I’ve never had before! Really great staff and a big selection of colors for both gel, regular and dip powder. Everyone wears masks and there’s a lot of space in the salon for everyone. Great business Love my nails! <3
