Nice and Clean place. I had my pedicure and Gel manicure done. My nails last 3-4 weeks. Only because they grow out. I have yet to have one chip or come off and I type all day long. Thanks Vickie!

I typically get my nails done at downtown crossing or in Porter square.. two places I’ve gone to for years and have grown accustomed to. I recently moved to lowell, and google searched a good nail salon nearby. I came across Lovely nails, and gave them a try. They’re so accommodating! The wife, or maybe she is the owners wife, is the most pleasant, cheerful, happy for life human being I’ve ever come across! I got a pedicure with my friend and I’d definitely recommend, and I may have found my new favorite place. The foot massage I received there nearly put me to sleep.. I hope they succeed because their service is outstanding.

HORRIBLE. I got my toes done there, a gel pedicure. It was done very well, so i went back the next week to get regular nail polish done there. The next day my nails chipped. I called in and told them what happened and that I would be going into the store. When I did, they said that nail polish usually chips the next day. I said that isn’t true because I usually do regular nail polish on my fingers, it lasts a couple of days. They refused to do it. Also when I came in, they made me pay beforehand (twice), they thought I would take their services before paying. Never going back again.

They have limited color and they took forever to paint my nails. They were working on 3 people at the same time. Also ran out of cotton balls so had to scrape my nailpolish off. Would not go back.
