The first time I went there my experience was wonderful. But I went yesterday and the manager did my nails. Didn’t hardly speak to me. The whole time she was doing my nails she was on the phone. Then I went to check out she didn’t tell me my total just grabbed my card. I said thank you in which she responded with nothing. Don’t know what I did to her but it was a very bad experience. Your supposed to relax and feel comfortable getting your nails done. Hopefully everyone has a better experience than me.

The worst manicure I’ve ever had. I really only wanted my cuticles trimmed, so I asked for a regular manicure. The place was filthy. All the tools seemed unwashed. He filed the ridges on my nails, but they aren’t smooth. He put a dab of something called “cuticle softener” on the back of my hands and did a 10 second massage. The stuff never got near a cuticle. I won’t be going back.

The manager, Mo, did a horrible job on my cousin’s nails, eyebrows, and eyelashes. Her right fingernail was crooked and some of her eyelashes fell off. She went back the next day to get her nail redone and she still did a sloppy job. When she confronted her today, she got nasty. DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH MO!!!

$43 dollars for someone to cake paint all over your fingers. Took my wife here and they wouldn’t even offer her a refund. Went in with her and they just made excuses. Terrible job, and terrible customer service.

This is not your typical nail salon. Nhi nhi the owner and one of her employees Mo, are always involved in the community. They recently did a toy drive. But the rest of the staff is diverese and silly. I go with my wife to get her services and still get entertained. Ladies they warn against getting long nails because they crack so easily. But they will do it if you want it anyway.
