Friendly, clean, and quick service. I’ve been twice, and both times my artist was great. My gel manicure lasted a good 2-3 weeks without any chipping. This second time I even got some nail art, and I love it! Affordable as well!

This used to be my go-to nail place, but I won’t be going there anymore. In their remodel, they got rid of their front desk, so when you arrive it’s confusing to know where to go, and no one checks you in. A technician who was giving a manicure spoke to me from where he was sitting, and did not get up to greet me. He told me to go to the pedicure area. I did not know where to sit; someone should have walked me back there. I had made an appointment, but I sat and waited 10-15 minutes for someone to turn on the water for my feet to soak. After the technician finally turned on the water, without even saying hello, he walked away for several minutes. He also didn’t bother to check the temperature of the water when he turned it on. (It was cold, but there was no one around for me to tell.) When the technician returned, I was given a card to choose the type of service I wanted, and when I chose the most basic pedicure, I felt like the level of customer service went down further. The technician was rough with my feet, and it hurt. I also warned him that I am ticklish, so he needed to press hard when he was rubbing my feet. He only rubbed them for about 10 seconds in the spots that weren’t ticklish. I’ve had many pedicures in the past, and whenever I have warned the techs, they haven’t let it stop them from rubbing my feet. When the pedicure was finished, he walked me to the drying station and immediately asked if I could pay then. He didn’t thank me after I paid. Additionally, he never came back to check on me, or tell me my time at the drying station was up. It appears that they have added several manicure stations with the remodel, and I think they are short-staffed. Their level of customer service has gone down a lot, and I’m disappointed to have to find a new new place. Everyone here used to be friendly and helpful.

The amount of dip and gel colors they have is such a nice change and show them a picture of a design, they’ll work hard to make sure you leave happy. Linda is awesome, took her time, and best manicure hands down. I’d highly recommend her and this salon to anyone!! Dip powder

Critical: QualityI got a ful set with gel and a simple design that was terrible. I went to another salon right after to get it fixed. I paid $65 for THIS!!!!! What I asked for compared to what I got. Also, I’m almost sure I was overcharged because I didn’t even get a manicure!!? Ridiculous.Service: Acrylic nails
