David did my nails and he was a perfectionist, he didn’t finish until he met my expectations. Mandy and Helen did great on my friends’ manicures and pedicures. Critical: ProfessionalismNail tech was very rude & got snappy with me after I pulled my hand back when I felt a burn from the heat of removing gel polish. Told me no, no, no cause my reaction lightly hit her COVID shield protector. I told her it burned and she would do the same if it were her. Went there twice & both experience with her were nasty. Never going back. I have been coming here for several years. I only go to Debbie. She is pretty amazing. Her work is perfection. If she is not there I rather re-schedule with her. The owners are also quite pleasant. I have only had one not so great experience and that was because it was the one time I decided to not re-schedule and go with another staff member. She was kind and personable but her work was not as good. Outside of that one experience, I have nothing negative to say about Lovely Nails!
