Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve gone here since I can remember. I love everyone there and they always do my nails perfectly. I always throw alot of ideas but the always make them so beautiful! This is the only place that will do my nails as long as I want them. Love how kind and welcoming everyone is there. Critical: Quality, ValueI treated my mother for her birthday and paid an excessive amount for a French dip manicure. The nails looked gorgeous and the very next day they began chipping. They fixed the nail and could not find the same sheer pink so I accepted a slightly darker hue. Within 3 days — four of my nails were chipped again! My mother experienced the exact same thing. Because I was out of town and not returning for a week, every chip resulted In clipping my nails so it wasn’t as noticeable. Sadly tho, no fingers survived without major chipping. I treated my mother for her birthday and paid an excessive amount for a French dip manicure. The nails looked gorgeous and the very next day they began chipping. They fixed the nail and could not find the same sheer pink so I accepted a slightly darker hue. Within 3 days — four of my nails were chipped again! My mother experienced the exact same thing. We arrived a little after 9:20 am and had me sit there until about 10:20 am to start! Then the nail technician who came over already seemed flustered and hurt my feet during the cut down process and I told her that it hurt and to use the correct tool to clip my toenails she got upset for another possibly 45 minutes, I just sat there! It was so upsetting that I eventually started to leave and that’s when the manager came over and said she should have someone take care of my feet after several other people coming in and going out while I’m still there waiting!
