On Friday I took my daughter and her step sister in to get their nails done for the very first time. It was my daughter’s 15th b’day an they had a homecoming dance too. The girls were chatty and nervous an the place was extremely busy, we did not have appointments. They made time and space for us and the girls were absolutely glowing by the time we left. They did an incredible job and were absolutely worth the %30 tip to each nail tech. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

It always hurts a little giving a business 1 star because I know the people who run it are trying to make a living but there is a ginormous lack of customer service at this salon. The last 3 times I’ve gone in for a simple acrylic refill, I’ve called ahead and made appointments. Whether you’ve called ahead or walked in for an appointment, it’s always at LEAST a 30 minute wait but I’ve waited over an hour several times even with an “appointment”. Half the time when they finally sit you down after waiting a ridiculous amount of time in the first place, they go back and forth between other manicures and pedicures as well as you. So it ends up taking 2 hours for a refill…its ridiculous. Today I was scheduled for a manicure at 10 and didn’t get seated until 10:20. A lady came in right after me saying her appointment was at 10:30 and they didn’t start on her nails until they were done with mine which was past 11 am!!! She started getting so upset ( which is understandable) when I was 12 minutes into my manicure and came up right behind me as my nails were being worked on and very angrily asked why she’d been waiting so long and if they were ever going to start on her nails. I understand why she was upset but the fact that the staff at Lovely Nails puts customers in such awkward positions, sucks because even though I felt bad she had waited a little bit over her scheduled time, I had too and I could feel her burning holes into me with an angry glare the rest of my appointment, like it was my fault. It is SO unorganized and they make their customers feel so self conscious and awkward. I’ve given this place enough chances and they never improve.

I always make an appointment every two weeks for services. Sometimes I have to wait for a bit, but understandable as anyone can get behind. I have always been happy with my nails both on my hand and my feet. Ivy is always great to fix something I don’t like or if I happen to mess my nail up and pop in to show her, she fixes it for me right away. Definitely have my business.

Very busy. Service was very rushed and pedicure was not good. It was like herding cattle in and out, with no good service. All they want to do is hurry and finish so they can plop the next person in the chair. They didn’t even begin to do what most places do in terms of a good and thorough pedicure. I will not be going back.

When we did get seated my nails were finished in about 30 minutes and they were fine my bestfriend was getting her nails done, the lady doing her nails in the middle of putting the acrylic on she went to another lady and did her nails therefore causing us to be sitting there for another hour we got to the shop at about 11 and didn’t leave till 1! Paul has been doing pedicures for me for over 14 years. I wouldn’t go to any one else. He always does a terrific job & my nails look great. The prices are reasonable & the service is usually quite quick. The pedicure chairs are really comfortable & I enjoy the massage feature on them. The location is convenient & the salon is always very clean. I highly recommend Lovely Nails & Spa!!

Left with mixed feeling about this place. The staff appears unorganized and hurried with the clients receiving services. I had gel nails done, the edges were rough and carelessly applied. When I asked questions and pointed out flaws, the nail tech filed the roughness away. I asked if that would make them peel sooner now that the end of my nail is not over the edge with polish like it is supposed to be applied. She replied yes, nothing else was said. I paid full price for no guarantee that the application of the gel will last the worth of what I paid. I felt like they just want your money, quickly get you in and get it done (good or not) the end. Client satisfaction is not a priority.
