I went the Lovely Nails this morning, was in a hurry, but the young lady was rude. Saying she was in a hurry too, but she is still here doing my nails..she had a bad attitude. I have been there quite a few times with no issues. But I definitely will not have her do my nails again. Bad customer service, on her part.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I went in to get my acrylics removed. No one was in there except a man working on the pedicure chairs. I asked if I should come back and he said no I can do it. It took him about 30 mins to actually start on my nails because he was on his phone calling the manager asking what to do. Obviously he wasn’t a nail tech. He proceeded to remove my nails after soaking them in acetone, then he used the electric nail file to remove the rest.. he filed all of my nails until they were red, and exposing some of the nail bed. Excruciating pain. After 2 HOURS, he then charged me $15 for it. My nails were ruined and so thin. Will never go back.

Very friendly peaceful atmosphere. Wax upper lip was wonderful, acrylic nails the first time was done perfectly and did not come off til almost 3 weeks. Came back got SNS on my nail and she did a lovely job. Pedicare was superb.
