This place is GOLD. Ms. Nina was so kind and did an amazing job on my nails. I went to another place in Sylva and my nails were terrible. After a week I couldn’t stand to look at them anymore, and Nina fixed them with flair! Go here. This will be my permanent happy nail place!

I wish it had worked out to keep going to Lovely Nails after my Nail Tech left. Her name is Van and she was the friendliest and best nail tech there. At least, that’s my opinion. The owners, I believe husband and wife, need a lesson on respect and treating clients like they’re glad to see us there. They never smile and walk around like they own the place. The trick to keeping clients is humility. There were other problems too, like keeping me waiting for 30 minutes after my appointed schedule and never offered to let me know how far behind she was running. I had several errands to run that day and could have come back. Like I told her, my time is as important as hers is. I noticed her texting on the phone before she even came over to speak to me. One of the other employees had to tell her I was waiting and getting ready to leave. I left because I was already very annoyed and I knew from that point on my experience was gonna be pleasant. Which is part of what I’m paying for. I wish them best of luck but they need to up grade their attitude and respect to clients.

My Daughter and her friend went to Lovely Nails and Spa today and my daughter spent $60 dollars for her nails to be done. She wasn’t happy with the color and told the man it wasn’t the color she wanted. The man took the color off the one nail and hatful told her to pick another color. Her nails are still not what she ask for. She ask for tips with dip. He put tips and dip the brush and painted it on , didn’t dip the nail like its normally done. I believe it was because they were teens. But that give no excuses for them not to be treated as a paying customer. And if your paying for something it should be what you want. So Lovely Nails got the last dollar for her and my self . I’ll make sure people know how rude they are to teens.

This place is awesome . Needed a pedi stat, on the way to Cherokee. Didn’t want to pay casino prices for less quality. So glad I found this spot, will be back! Toes look vacation ready. They took their time didn’t feel a rush job like some places. Very clean and ladies were attentive and polite. Did an amazing job

I sat and waited for three hours to get my nails done. Everybody who walked in was taken before me. I understand an hour and a half at most but three hours is past my ability to be patient. Reservations of multiple people piled in multiple times throughout my wait and were properly handled. I feel like somebody who waited so long also deserves priority but I guess not. Very frustrated as a returning customer and very hesitant to come back.

My husband and I had pedicures here while vacationing in the Sylva/Cherokee area. The nail technicians were so friendly and did an excellent job! Salon is spacious and very clean. We will definitely visit again when we’re in the area
