Mediocre service at best. We made an appointment yet waited forty minutes for service. The man who did my pedi could’ve cared less. Maybe a 90 second massage for feet, freezing cold water, and a kindergartner could’ve painted them better. The lady who did my full set was nice. However she rushed, didn’t clear out the excess acrylic under the nails, and cut me TWICE – like bleeding a lot, and the color is uneven. For a $150 for my mom and I, we feel robbed. They accepted and worked on walk ins despite four people with appointments made to wait. Lame customer service and poor work for the cost. We will not go back.

I get my nails done a TON, and this is the only place in town I will not go to. They do sloppy and half-a$$ed work. The last time I went, it was a walk-in. She had a customer but told me she would do my fill and quoted me 20 minutes. 10 minutes later I came back to a closed shop! Much earlier than their posted closing time. What the heck?!

My toes look great but I mainly come for the massage part and get the longer massage. #2 which says 8 min on the brochure. unfortunately the timer was never set and my leg massage lasted about 3.5 min. Pedicure

Unfortunately they lie about pricing. Never seem to do what I tell them I want no matter how many times I explain and show pics ect. Last straw was when I stopped in to ask about the price of a full pedicure. $20 they said. Ok I’ll be back in a few days to buy gift card for friends bday. Buying the card a few days later, charged $45 they said it’s so the person can get any add ONS . Ok. Friend gets pedicure and is charged an additional $10 for polish

I just walked in after being turned away at 3 other places. But what I appreciated most was how they treated my little who was with me. Let him sit in a kid chair, gave him a Coke, and talked to him like he was important too. I will definitely come back!

I would always trust this place … but since they had a new owner now is different… I made an appointment and they made me wait for 20 more minutes….since they never noticed there was an appointment… also I want to add my daughter, they told her to choose a color, so my experience that day the owner did my nails … really bad attitude she hurt my fingers and try to argue with me !!! Also really left so unhappy since at the end when they finished with me said they don’t have no more time for my daughter… I wouldn’t go back any more … I believe that a customer should feel happy and comfortable… I was going to pay for my child … she left super upset too .

My fiance ruined the polish on two of her nails between appointments at another salon. We called Lovely Nails and set up an appointment to get the two nails repainted and when we showed up they told us they wouldnt take us because we haven’t been there before. They asked us when we made the appointment if we had been there before and I said no to which they replied that was fine. I also called twice to verify the appointment. Would not recommend this company very rude and dishonest. It was a complete waste of our evening especially when we made a trip to Wenatchee just for this appointment.

She was very delicate with my nails. No bleeding after so thats nice. However I hate when they say they can do something and they can’t. I wanted ombre nails very simple. And nope it had the straight cut line not blended. I ended up sanding it off and redoing them myself. For solids they are great.
