Lovely Nails

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI am giving this a one star because you cannot give out zeros. I used to come here a few years ago. I left town for a while and returned because I remembered loving it. I went in to get a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was okay, not great nor good quality. The tools that they used were not sanitized or cleaned. They just pulled them out of boxes with other tools and put them back once they were done. This box did not look sterile. The manicure was terrible. The table was dirty and definitely not cleaned. The hand dipping water was ice cold. It’s usually warm with soap. She cut me 2 times and didn’t even acknowledge that she did it, even after I started bleeding from all cuts. Even though she cut me she still left dead/dry skin on my cuticles. The nail painting was far from being good. There was gel all over my skin and did not look professionally done. I was too angry and too embarrassed to say anything, since I had waited so long to realize the tools were not sterile. I am giving this a one star because you cannot give out zeros. I used to come here a few years ago. I left town for a while and returned because I remembered loving it. Not only do your nails looks beautiful when you leave- they stay looking that way longer than when you go to other salons. It’s a clean, beautiful remodeled salon.
