So, I saw the reviews and figured- this must be a great place.. I went to get my nails done here about a week and a half ago. Turns out, I was 100% incorrect and should have stuck to cleaner, more professional, and friendlier nail salons like Milluxury Nail Salon/SO many others. I would just say that if a nail salon looks gross when you first walk in, it probably is. There was nail polish, dirt, tissues, etc. everywhere… The women who I assume is higher up at the salon was so rude the first time I was there and when I went back in to get my nails fixed. Right after I left the salon the first time, my nails already had cracks all along the top, which within the next 24 hours they were all cracked along the top. When I went in to get them fixed, the same lady “fixed” my nails by painting a color over top the cracked polish which made my nails so thick (The nail place I went to today said that was unacceptable and that you have to take all the polish off and redo them when the top coat cracks). She also didn’t do a detailed/ good job AT ALL. Almost all my nails had nail polish on the skin, some way worse than others- I had to file/clip the nail polish off. Within 5 days my nail polish was cracking/ peeling off. The lady who did my nails was also really rude (made comments, really snappy), not only to me but also another group of women that came in. I am not sure why or how they have such good reviews, but they were nice to the older “regulars”. That being said not having a clean work place, not doing a professional nail painting application(which is why people keep coming back), and having a nasty attitude are not smart business strategies.

I have been going here since I was a teen (14 yrs almost!) I love Ana and her sisters. She always remembers her clients and what’s going on with them. I get gel tips filled and shellac every 4 weeks. They never pop off and it’s super rare for them to chip or break. And if they do she fixes for free.

So, my gf & I walk in & request two manicures. One is my refill for my acrylics from a month ago, and the other is for my gf who is trying to knock a nail biting habit. We immediately mentioned to them this was basically our first time doing this on our own, trying to adult & treat ourselves. They ask to see our nails to see what they’re workin with, no prob, they then seat us on opposite sides of the room in a quick fashion. I have a normal filling process, and I did mention how I could have possibly wanted a different color & they could just put it on top. There was even a pink I spotted on the wall that looked nice! But opportunity never arose. While my gf was getting her nails cleaned up, she never had the chance to use to phone to find the reference photo. They asked her what color, and she requested matte black; which she did receive and it’s too mad with. However, they must’ve misunderstood at some point along the road because they never gave her acrylics. And instead gave her chelac & left us both feeling embarrassed and at fault for not knowing the difference, when we both mentioned we were new to the process & requested acrylics for both of us. We felt really awkward about the whole thing & left us feeling unwelcome and I couldn’t stop myself from crying. The reason (unrelated to the business) is we are new to town and never go out since the pandemic and hardly spend money at all, it was really unfortunate to spend money on a product she didn’t request, but I felt bad because mine came out so pretty??? The lady who did my fill was nice and did her job well, but overall the way they disregarded how we were feeling and shrugged it off made us feel very unwelcome. We will be definitely going to one of the other many local businesses instead. We appreciate the time and effort, but overall hope to find somewhere we feel more comfortable & listened to.

The place is very old and not so organized… but the lady who did my manicure was so talented… they r perfect and they have amazing collection of the best brands OPI for example. I loved all the colors.
