Unprofessional , unwelcoming people .They speak their language don’t care .The woman did my nail cut in the area close to my nail and hurts . She ignored and seems nothing happened . I still have pain and burning . I would not recommend to anybody .

Very clean and friendly staff! Not a spa experience but great product! The best gel manicure I have ever had, always lasts three weeks (they use OPI products). Their pedicures are timed, so you always have a similar experience no matter how busy they are. They also offer cucumber water which is a nice touch, comfortable pillows in their massage chairs, and liners in the pedicure tubs (which is a must for avoiding contamination!). Friendly staff, will definitely be going back. Their is also a great Mexican food place next door, if you have time before or after.

The place’s manager (Tammy) is extremely rude and unpleasant. She has acted rude to me before on different occasions, but I always chalked it up to her having a bad day. However, my experience today was a particularly troubling one. Her rudeness began on the phone when I called to make an appointment. She was rushing me through the phone call and saying that she can not talk.

This place does such a great job, no matter who I see. My gel routinely lasts 3 weeks or more without lifting! As far as the other comments about the manager, I have never seen her be anything but nice to everyone in the salon. Sometimes they are insanely busy so be sure to call ahead.

I was till today coming here to do mani-pedi ( quick service within my place ) but today I had a new girl looking after me that was very rude. I understand someone can have a bad day but having a manicure means relaxing time and that was anything except relaxing. Nice and clean nail salon tucked away in the corner of the Sharon Heights shopping center. The staff was very friendly and prompt. $30 for a gel manicure. Pretty solid. Since I’ll be living around the corner from this place for a year, I imagine I’ll be coming by a lot!
