Lovely Nails is deserving of a 5 star rating but sometimes those are overlooked as too perfect. I was able to get in on my lunch break for a manicure and Tina did a fabulous job with a new set of gel nails and some snowflakes with a a small bedazzled crystal. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy daughter and I went in today for pedicures and my daughter a full set. I requested the callous treatment specifically but in return barely got a basic pedi. I addressed my dissatisfaction with one of the women but instead of accommodating me she defended this sloppy work. I sensed by the demeanor of the staff, dry and unwelcoming that I would not receive the service I was looking for however, going against my better judgment I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My daughter had even sensed the negative energy in the place. I hope they do well with the $95 I’ve wasted today. My daughter and I went in today for pedicures and my daughter a full set. I requested the callous treatment specifically but in return barely got a basic pedi. I waited for 10 minutes and then they told me they couldn’t take us. I live 15 minutes away so this was a huge waste of my time. No customer service or friendliness. I will not be coming back here. Don’t give your business to this place. Not worth it.
