The people were friendly enough but the lady did my toes like 3 times and they still look awful. Gave me $5 off . I feel like I shouldn’t have paid at all really. I could have done what she did at home and I could have done it better. The nails are OK. I do like that they were flat and not thick with acrylic. I won’t go there again unfortunately

Julie messed up in several places and refused to fix my acrylic set. She kept saying it was fine and I told her it wasn’t fine and showed her the splotches, she waved me off and wouldn’t fix my nails. To top it off me and my mom were the only ones to pay up front. So not only was I treated differently based on my skin color in this shop, but the woman refused to fix her mistakes on my nails after she took upon herself to take my card off the counter and charge for services before she started and refused to complete WTHOUT TELLING ME. She left me with splotches on my nails. You can see the lifting and splotch in the pictures. I also have a ton of acrylic under all of my nails

Critical: CleanlinessThey don’t clean utensils. They are slow. They used dirty water. The nails are extremely pricy and popped off in less than a week. They used dirty water for pedicure. They were so nice, and made sure my nails were shaped how I wanted. They feel great and sturdy. I went with my mother in law who lives in the area and if I lived closer this would definitely be my go to nail place.

Cindy does the greatest job! She’s so nice and takes the time to ask for more details of what nails you want. She gets them on point every time I love it! It’s exactly what you expect plus more and she also takes the time to check her work! She a great worker and works fast!!! 5 stars for her alone but as a company 4 stars. Cindy and the main lady are great the main lady so nice remembers faces and names also very welcoming seems like a great owner and boss but for the others No words. I was disappointed with my pedicure I didn’t get her name . I hate driving to 2 different nail shops. If they can get better with their pedicures that would be great.

I’m conflicted because the people who work here were actually pretty nice and friendly. That being said they didn’t use new or clean tools and products in-between clients and didn’t clean them either. I definitely won’t be going back simply for their sanitation protocols, or should I say lack thereof. You’d think with covid they’d be extra cautious.

Went here to get a fill . I picked k a design for my nail.
