Don’t be fooled by the ratings! I googled “the best gel manicure in town” and this was on the top of the list. It really should not be there, they take walk ins but recommend appointments. Your “appointment” makes no difference, you’re gonna wait. I try to trust my nail tech by letting them do their thing. I don’t interrupt what they’re doing, EVER!!! I just tell them the shape and length I want before they begin. She did the exact opposite of what I asked for, she cut my nails down completely, and gave my nails a completely different shape. She ruined my nails to say the least but, I looked past it. It got worse as she painted my nails. She accidentally ran her hand through the wet gel and ignored that she did so. I had to stop her and she fixed one of the three nails she ruined. By this time I gave up, cried a little inside and shared my terrible experience with my family. Never again! Don’t go here, I had to watch them argue with customers about their appointment times the entire time. The customer service is bad and I believe this may be because of the language barrier.

The lady did not put that cuticle ointment/cream that all places apply to make the removal easier. When I brought that up she said that she “used a better one” that other places use a cheap one. She cut one of my toes for that reason, not using the one that you’re supposed too, that others use! Which my boyfriend and I don’t recall her using one at all. Then she didn’t notice that I had ingrown nails. I feel that if a place takes care of that without you having to say something they obviously know they’re work. I had to tell her to do so and when she did she did it in an aggressive manner when Ive had that done they have eased their way in. So as if her way of going in wasn’t already horrible it continued. I always experience pain because they take it out from the root but the reason it hurt either was because she cut my actual nails on the side. An ingrown nail is beside the nail not the actual nail!! My left foot is a mess and thriving and on the right she only started one side and I didn’t let her finish or continue to the last corner. If she doesn’t know how to do ingrown nails she should’ve stated that in the beginning instead of going in.At the end I paid ($13) and she told me have a good day. I told her it was $13 so I need my change. Never going there again! Update: I took a closer look at my feet and she painted 4 of my toes in a horrible way that I have to redo them and my toe is really badly cut. I went back and got my money back. She tried to act like oh it hurts because ingrown nails hurt. I’ve had ingrown nails all my life I know when you take them out they hurt but in a different way than this! And when they’ve done it before they don’t take off the sides of my nail along with it leaving my toe bare on the sides. Incompetent place.

I just went there after going for years off and on they tried to charge me $35 to fix one nail and change nail color then when I decided to get my nail fixed I asked for help to find the color that I already had on my nails she wouldn’t assist me and then tried to put a different color on my nails that didn’t even get close to what I already had
