Positive: ProfessionalismI had never been here before (I booked the wrong salon) but they were SO NICE and professional. I usually spent less than 25 min in the chair but they were insanely detailed. She did not quit until she had my nails to a high standard and they were all super excited that I wanted ombre as they seem to value their nails as art work. I didn’t feel rushed, judged, or disrespected like I usually do at the other salons in bullhead, if not for the art I will come here from now on for the customer service. I had never been here before (I booked the wrong salon) but they were SO NICE and professional. I usually spent less than 25 min in the chair but they were insanely detailed. She did not quit until she had my nails to a high standard and they were all super excited that I wanted ombre as they seem to value their nails as art work. I didn’t feel rushed, judged, or disrespected like I usually do at the other salons in bullhead, if not for the art I will come here from now on for the customer service. The ladies there were very good and attentive. Had a pedicure. The massage was the best I’ve ever had. Made to feel at home. Masks were worn by both nail artists and customers. I’ll have to make it there on a regular basis.

I called to make an appointment to tell them I needed my set taken off so I had my appointment set. Went inside and told them I was the 5 o’clock appointment that needed my set taken off and it’s like the lady didn’t understand what I was saying then looked at them and said they look okay but I still was set on wanting them off so finally they start soaking them off and then the lady was taking off my acrylic and using a drill and cut my actual thumb nail and then my pinky nail. I pulled away and figured she saw it was red and she went right back over it. So finally I just said that’s good and wanted to leave at that point especially after using a white file that looked brown in some areas like it’s been used a lot before me… horrible experience and also didn’t look like they sanitized very well. will never step foot in there again

Critical: QualityIt took 2 hours to get my nails & toes done because they had people stopping with my nails to work on others that walked in. I had 3 different people work on my nails. When I finally got them done, they were uneven, I told the tech, she fixed a few nails & when I left, I noticed they were still uneven. I’ve gotten ingrown finger nails since I’ve gotten them done.
