I went here with my daughter, it was our first time here. We both got manicures and pedicures. My pedicure looks terrible, they over charged me, charged me $5 for extra strength calus removal but didn’t remove anything. I asked for square shaped nails and didn’t get that. Always seems to be a rush, he did not take his time to do my nails properly. My fingers are horrible, the design I chose, they did an ugly copy of it. Just overall a horrible experience, all for which I was charged $175. I’m never going back here

Probably one of the best nail salons in Pocatello as far as price and availability to get right in as they take walk-ins. Love to get my pedicures here. Staff is friendly and thorough! They have a ton of colors to pick from and aren’t rude if you change your mind.

I got my dip nail polish here and they turned out awful. A light was not used on my nails after the fact and the dip powder all cracked and looked like crackle nail polish on all of my nails. I had to get them redone in Boise and they commented they looked bad. Would not recommend dip nails at this place. Dip powder

Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWay overpriced. Me and my friend both got full sets of acrylic nails. We didn’t do any designs, just solid color. My friend did get a stiletto shape but I did short coffin nails. They charged $120, $50 for my very basic acrylic manicure and $65 for my friend. Ridiculously overpriced. The quality of the manicure definitely was not $50. I was picking product out from under my nails that they had left and some of my friends cuticles were left dry and ridged. We both were left with product on our skin too. The atmosphere wasn’t good either. The employees didn’t seem to get along. Went for a relaxing experience but left paying way too much for the nails I got. Scheduling an appointment is also pointless. We were scheduled for 4:30. The nail color was good. I asked for simple hearts on the nails. The guy who was working on the nails kept switching with me and this other lady doing pedicure. Guy didn’t sanitize his hands at ALL he would go from touching her feet to doing my nails. I got wayyyyyy over charged for gel nails. They charge for EVERY SINGLE THING!!! I recommend asking what they will charge before you let them do your nails. As well as have them sanitize they hands.

Terrible service. The guy doing my girlfriends nails should have had a translator(not against immigration lol just couldn’t understand a word he said even when he was speaking English), and basically told her that the long acrylic nails she wanted were not only gonna be more than she originally thought, but were also gonna be ugly. He also didn’t shape them right so there were big balls of acrylic gel on the ends of the nails, and she asked for a coffin style nail and got straight up square nails. No inward angle to the sides of the nails at all, which by my understanding is the whole idea behind coffin style nails. My girlfriend was crying when she left, thats how bad it was. Also got overcharged for the length she got. If I could give it less stars, I would. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
