I took my 90 year old vet neighbor in to get pedicure and manicure. The tech was very good with him and did a great job. It was nice and quiet as it was early in morning and a weekday which was good for 90 yoa and there was not a strong smell. One of his caregivers recommended this place as she goes there. I own a business right down the way from them and giving that I moved here a while back I need to find a place closer to home. I tried lovely nails out a few days ago. Given they close at 6:30pm I walked in at 6pm. They both took me in even though it was time to leave soon. They did my pedicure and nail refill. Given it was a last minute schedule I hope on next visit I can look at pedi menu to see if they offer more detailed pedis. I love to get my feet done and pamper my feet. I am hoping to have a little more time to get longer pedi, wax on my feet, as well as nice volcanic lotions, scrubs and oils. I would definitely recommend lovely nails! It’s small and more cozy compared to the bigger hype over blown loud nail salons. I love to go somewhere that I can relax and spend over an hour getting my pedi and nails done. Again both employees working were very nice and talkative. Thank y’all!

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst place I’ve ever been to and will never go back!! The man cuts my toe, ignores it, misses half the toes nail with polish. So I said something. This man seriously said “I should have known we’d have problems with you” I said excuse me, what does that mean? “Well you are white” Mind you my daughter was with me. I was so shocked that anyone would act like that especially in front of a child?! I was so livid, I wanted to walk out. Ended up paying, not getting my nails fixed, definitely no tip, and trama from what my daughter saw (even though I tried very hard to keep my cool). Thid place is a joke!

Unprofessional, rude, and a thief. Was suppose to do a polish change on kids and when the adult stepped out did a mani and pedi, cut cuticles of children without permission. Complaint filed with TDLR and BBB. There is never a wait when going here never any customers in chairs I guess I know why. Take your business somewhere else.

The last place I would recommend anyone to go there go there to get their nails. My nails lifted within 3 days. Went back in to have them fixed she put glue on them and told me they would be fine and 2 days later they lifted again. So with that being said I will not return not to even have them fixed. The guy was very rude because I didn’t want him to do them when I walked in and she did a rush job because other people walked in.

I came here in the rain with my daughter, to get my eyebrows done. The last time she did them, I nicely told her they were a bit too thick than how I wanted them. She told me they were done correctly … So I left without a hassle, because I was running late for work. When I arrived today. She had a disgusting look on her face saying she’s NOT doing my eyebrows I’m too picky, everytime she does my eyebrows it’s always something. She was talking to me like I was trash. I came here in the rain to get my eyebrows done, not even bringing up the last incident. This is the most far most rudest encounter I’ve experienced in my life.
