Was browsing for a new nail tech since relocating to Texas from Cali. Came upon this nail shop and I wasn’t disappointed. Super friendly and great at their skill. I was helped right away. Very Unprofessional service! I had an appointment at 3:00pm, it took nearly 2 1/2 hours for a simple pedicure and I scheduled new Next Gin full set!! The owner, Andrew decided my nail tips didn’t need to be soaked off and no new tips were put on …..,which he did a so called Overlay! My nails are thick, uneven and shorter than I asked for!! For as long as I was there….he could have just soaked my nails and put on NEW TIPS,requested and scheduled for my 3pm appointment!!

I did a walk-in and got good customer service. I believe this a Viatnamese establishment. I do manicures like once every two or three years so I can’t really compare to others. Its my first time doing the dipping process wasn’t sure what to expect. I feel unacustomed to the weight on top of my nails. There is slight sensitivity as they did use a sanding process over the nail before the dipping process. Not painful but uncomfortable. I also did a basic pedicure and they did a nice job of matching up the colors. I’ll update review to see how long it last. I would come back again.

I came in maybe about 55 minutes before they closed( I know) and the last person there decided to take me anyway. I wanted a simple mani & the 2nd pedi option. He did a good job on my mani, but I really felt pampered by the pedi experience, and he didn’t rush at all. I’m really happy with my results & I felt great too! I’ll definitely be coming here again.

I have been looking for a nail shop and for a moment I thought this was it. Got a pedi and after leaving, found all callous was not smoothed out. Called the shop back and was told to return, when I got there, I was told my feet are smooth . Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I have been going to this nail salon for about 1 year, I have recommended family to go and they have gone several times because of my recommendations. Needless to say I was very sad/disappointed I usually get a gel manicure but this time I got a nextgen dip manicure, and 2 days later one my my nails chipped off, I called and was told to go in to get it fixed when I got there and showed my nail to the nail tech she was very “shocked” and kept staring at my nail like she didn’t want to fix it. The owner who is the one who has been doing my nails the whole time was there and she didn’t even acknowledge me not a hello how are you but instead when she came to “look at my nails” I was told to return in “2 weeks and get a gel manicure how you always do” excuse me? I paid $55 for this Nexgen manicure and I get told to come back in 2 weeks?? At this point I didn’t even find my color to match the original color, I selected whatever was close to it and I wanted to leave and get out of there. They treat “certain people” (like older people) with more respect and manners rather than a long time client that has recommended family and has supported their business. Keep in mind I drive 20 mins to see Anna. I will not be returning I will be going to a 5 minute nail salon down the street and giving them a chance.
