The wait was pretty long I spent a lot of time trying to find the colors I wanted but I showed Bill and he knew right away what colors I needed. He was a bit distracted while doing my nails but they turned out great. I love them ! I recommend going to Bill he can get you the desired look you want!

I went in for the pedicure today. I chose the $50 pedicure. I decided I wanted gel on my toes so that’s what I got. Usually most places charge $5 more for gel. My fault for not asking. I got a manicure. I didn’t want any polish just a simple manicure. The woman said I will put on clear coat. I said ok. I got up to pay and my bill was $105. They charged $20 for gel polish on toes and $35 for a manicure. When I ask about it they said I got gel polish on my nails. It was clear polish. The manicure is not good and the clear polish is everywhere. I’m very disappointed.

Disappointed with service and workmanship. I got a French manicure which was rushed through and started coming off the very next day. Also it’s aggravating to make an appointment and still have to wait 20-30 minutes, that defeats the purpose of making an appointment. If you aren’t going to follow your appointment schedule then don’t take appointments.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityDriving from Dallas to Memphis and stopped to get my nails done… best decision of the day! Bill was absolutely amazing. He chatted with me the entire time and his attention to detail on my nails was fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I tried to convince him to come back to the Dallas area so I could use him regularly! Ha!

Took my mom to get her nails painted she likes just getting them shaped an regular polish. The nail lady kept pressuring her to get gel done that it’s only 15 dollars more an drys faster, we told her we just wanna do the regular polish still. When fileing an painting her nails she kept pulling on my moms hands and was rude the rest of the time we were there waiting. We will not be back.

Over the course of 2 days spent $200. Got looked over when I was getting a pedicure. Lady just got up and started finishing another girls nails because the guy doing it didn’t want to. That set me back 20 minutes. Then they act all offended when I tell them I can’t wait for them to paint my nails. I was running out of time. When I got out to my car I noticed they didn’t even cut my toe nails. Worst $200 spent. Glad I don’t live here. Will refuse to use them again whenever I visit.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Lovely Nails!! I never have to wait, is always so clean and you are treated with the upmost respect! I’ve never had a bad experience! By far the best nail place around here! Bill is my favorite, I leave with perfect nails EVERYTIME!!!
