I asked specifically for a FILL 5 times and was given a full set ON MY REAL NAILS. So I was charged double. My pinky was cut. She broke my real index finger nail. Took 80 minutes to do a 30 minute fill and paint.

Critical: QualityI went in with my friend to get our nails done just to leave with ugly nails that looked nothing like the pictures we showed them. The nails are nowhere near the right color or shape. They didn’t even push our cuticles back. Below i posted the pictures we asked for vs what we got. Not to mention these nails were 55$ for the pink and blue and 60$ for the other. I will never be using this place again. I went in with my friend to get our nails done just to leave with ugly nails that looked nothing like the pictures we showed them. The nails are nowhere near the right color or shape. Most painful nails I have ever had done and they thought is was funny. I had to tell her she was hurting me 12 times. One nail she took all the way down to my skin under the nail. Then put my figures to scorching hot acetone. I won’t go back. Look at the pictures. This was after two days of me doctoring my fingers
