NEVER AGAIN!!!! The owner is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The tone of voice and gestures that she used was unacceptable. Who is she to become upset because I didn’t want to cut my nails. Do your job! But don’t raise your price every time I go in. Last month, I went to fill one nail. She charged me $8.00 . From that day on, I decided to ask for pricing before services. I wanted to be sure I had enough money and to avoid the price increase. So yesterday, my fill went from $35 to $45. What? She pointed to the door and told me to go somewhere else. I guess so. I exposed her game. I picked up my purse and left. So pay attention to what you pay for your services each time you visit the salon. I did go somewhere else and got them done much cheaper than what she quoted me and they’re absolutely Gorgeous! The salon is beautiful and the staff is just amazing and courteous. Keep your eyes on your . Keep your receipt and compare.

i’ve been to this place before, and prior to the last time i visited, it was fine. all was well. but when i went to get a pedicure, the ladies were nice and kind. they were clear on what we wanted, but the process was not very pleasing. while they were prepping my toenails, one of the ladies trimmed my cuticles and cut so deep, that in the next few days i found out i had experienced some discomfort that makes it uncomfortable to walk on one of my toes. im suspecting that it is an ingrown toenail, but i’m sure they’ve done this before. they’re kind of rough as well, i would not visit again.

Mom & I did the mother/daughter mani/pedi day this past weekend and it was very relaxing…once it was our turn. Honestly, I don’t think my time is any more valuable than yours but I draw the line at waiting over an hour. Now, this is not my normal nail salon but my mother is a regular. However, the last several times I’ve been with her, the wait has been excruciatingly long. How long? Well, we sat with our toes in that clear blue water and our butts vibrating in the chair for so long that Mom’s massage chair actually started smoking. Oh, Mom! Why do you enjoy embarrassing me so much in public?! Yes! Mom had to sit in the massage chair that would malfunction. O.k. So it probably wasn’t my lovely mother’s fault but…we certainly lost that relaxing feeling. Yikes! By that time, the couple in charge was anxious to get us taken care of (and outta there before Mom broke anything else!). We got nice pedis (I chose OPI’s That’s Berry Daring) and wonderful manis (boring clear polish for my hands). Mom went wild and chose a neutral pink. “Are your nails even polished?” But, hey…she liked the color and that’s all that matters. Overall, service is friendly and the price is right. As for the wait? Mom may have more patience than me cuz I’m not willing to wait that long next time AND I don’t think the owners of this salon can afford to lose another chair.

Went in for a full set and pedi with gel polish. My full set had gaps between the fake nail and my real nail so they always looked dirty to me due to stuff getting caught there. The gel from my pedicure was literally breaking off and one toe just peeled off. I’m currently getting it fixed 1.5;weeks later. I have a video of the nail tech just peeling the “gel”paint off but I can’t upload it.

All of my nails are different shapes. They popped off in 3 days. They didn’t do anything I asked for and it took forever. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

This was the worst nail salon experience I have ever had in my life. I still have acrylic stick to my fingers, the man who did my nails was rough and hurt my fingers multiple times then told me it was my fault. They don’t even deserve one star.
