This was an affordable manicure. It was my first in many years after a bad experience somewhere else. I was having a hard time relaxing but Lissette was so kind and competent that I was able to finally relax and enjoy myself. I would recommend Lovely nails. Thankyou! They look beautiful. I had an appt. I signed in and still waited for 40 mins. What’s the point of signing if the person you have an appointment with doesn’t acknowledge you have checked in for your appt. I finally got asked why I was there and was told to sit and wait someone will be with me. As others after me were greeted with a smile etc. The owner never asked who I had my appt with just gave me anyone. I ended up with a different tech than who I made my appt. The tech was nice but my nails don’t look good and my experience was very bad. I won’t be returning

I don’t ever write reviews unless necessary. This business is a joke. I was hurt badly when a male worker was cutting my nails. He clipped me so deep it cut a chunk of skin off underneath my nail and I bled for hours. I left after that. My mom recently went in for mani/pedi and a male started on her nails and then randomly stopped and put her in a chair to get her feet done. Said “here have a massage” and she was left there for 40 minutes while multiple workers walked past her the entire time. There we’re maybe 2 other people in the salon. When she got up to leave the workers seemed surprised and asked why and kept telling her to “come back tomorrow for a deal”. Yeah no thanks. I’m sorry but no good experience has been had at this salon and it’s extremely unfortunate.

I highly recommend Liz at lovely nails for manicures and pedicures! Liz is friendly, efficient and does a wonderful job working on my calluses. I’ve been to a few other nail places in town and she is great! The owners of lovely nails have also updated their salon and have new pedicure chairs with a wonderful massage function in the entire salon is bright and friendly.

Today, I went to their in hopes of a pedicure. I was not acknowledged until another woman entered. I sat there for fifteen minutes before being told they could not service me. The person communicating with the new lady welcomed her, asked if she had an appointment and further proceed to schedule her one. I did not continue to wait but left and will never return.
