Came to get polish change on two nails I did not like. Had own polish, but they would not use it. Lied and said they “dont do no-chip” (it’s clearly listed on price chart. I was okay with not using my own pilish.. but then they proceeded to say they they did not do every single service I asked for (including shaping. designs. Glitter. Bad own stickers.. nope.. .etc etc. etc). Felt profiled. Eventually walked out but I’m wondering how they staying open of they cant do ANYTHING related to the business..

This is a little nail shop tucked away by Jenny’s Beauty Supply I needed my nails and toes done for a trip I was about to go on and didn’t have time for waiting so I went here, the place was empty and I see why. They are very outdated and it’s husband and wife owned when I asked them how long had they been in the area I was surprised to hear 20 something years. The service was horrible they were really slow despite me being the only customer. I’m never going back there again

Positive: CleanlinessThe service I received was good. The older gentlemen doing my nails was very nice and personable. We had good conversation. The acrylic set I got lasted almost 2 weeks, mind you I am in healthcare so I wash my hands….a lot. Had 1 nail slightly lift, but otherwise was very happy. I plan to go back and get a gel set. The acrylic set I got lasted almost 2 weeks, mind you I am in healthcare so I wash my hands….a lot. Had 1 nail slightly lift, but otherwise was very happy. I plan to go back and get a gel set. Critical: ValuePoor quality. Unwilling to provide exceptional customer service. My nail polish started chipping and after 5 hours of allowing my toe nails to dry, on a hot day with Sandals on, when I put my shoes on, the polish rubbed away. This was my second time going to this shop. The first time I went was maybe 4 months ago I was going out town to Miami and decided to try them Big Mistake!!! The man that did my no chip nails did such a rush and terrible job!!! My nails was bulky and wasn’t shaped correctly!! Then the next day while I was out of town they started popping off and lifting!!! Then I just went 2wks ago to get my eyelashes done and the lady put them on so thick with an attitude and they came off the next day!! They services are Terrible in my opinion they should be Shut Down!!! I never see no one in there any way!!! Do not waste your hard earned $ nor time go somewhere else trust me!!!

HORRIBLE!!!! I wish I can give them zero stars! And post a picture of my uneven nails. First time here of course… I asked before I even sat to wait if they can do coffin shaped nails(as I ALWAYS get them). I asked them to fix it and they asked me to pay first. After I paid them they only filed very little and said my nails looked okay how they were I asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give me my money back! Instead they asked me to not come back and trust me I NEVER will!!!

Sorry, but today was my first and last time ever going to this place. I have never had such a horrible pedicure in all my days. I question if they are actual licensed nail techs. The quality was just poor.
