I love lovely nails I really do, but I’m upset that my set looked bad & I just got them done 3 weeks ago. Pics are included. I’m sorry I found a nail technician that works from home my set literally last a whole month & I only pay her $65 I can’t do nail salons no more. Can’t invest in them no more. Plus I feel like as much money they ask for you expect to get something that will lasted longer. Probably my last set from them ever!!! Wish their business luck.

I *really* wanted to like this place. I live right down the street, and my usual nail shop is all the way out west. I informed her ahead of time that I am a Cosmetologist (I’m not at all picky—we just tend to notice things that others might not; also, I’m not easily fooled ), and I needed a no-chip fill in on my acrylic nails. My first indication that this was not going to go well was when she told me that my “nails are very old, she can’t fill them in and I would need a new set”…I get my nails done every 2 weeks, they were not even slightly lifting I have work in an hour and a half, my time is very limited, so I told her to do the fill-in and just went ahead with the service. I picked out my color and she did my nails (and without having to replace them all, how bout that?? ) When she finished and I looked at my nails, I was not happy. 7 of my nails are VERY noticeably crooked, which she completely ignored when I told her. I went to pay and was told to pay $48. I asked her why is mine more expensive, since it says right on the wall that a no-chip fill-in is $40, and a no-chip FULL set is $45? Again, I was just ignored. Needless to say, I won’t be going back. If the owner offers to fix the shape, I would certainly give them a chance…everybody has off days. Other than that, I will not be returning.

Critical: Quality, ValueI’ve been here three times there’s a young lady who did my nails the last two times, and I hated it both times. She burned me with the drills and kept going and my nails were so thick when I went to get them done again today at another salon they laughed. She was so heavy on the gel and did not take her time in filing the nails down to make them seem nice. I left with really sore fingers that lasted for days. She burned me with the drills and kept going and my nails were so thick when I went to get them done again today at another salon they laughed. I love this place because they treat you so nice every time you come on there. On my birthday I got a discount which was very nice of Miss Kim. She didn’t have to but she did. I have been going here for eight years. Since 08. This place is a great environment. Nail designs are always pretty. Love this place. You come here and it is very affordable.could go here every week. I got my nails done last Friday and they didn’t chip until this Thursday and no it’s not no chip at all. This place is very clean.

First post-covid pedi I’ve had. Such a great experience. The manicure utensils were in a rip-seal bag. The manicurist took her time and really paid attention to details. My feet feel so smooth again! Only thing I miss is being able to grab a magazine to browse through. I’ve been here before and I’ll come back again

I LOVED this place. Kim and lee are relatively kind and welcoming. However, I had one of my nails replaced, the the rest filled in about two weeks ago. The nail that they completely redid on my set now has fungus. It’s disgusting. Proper sanitation is neccesary. I won’t be returning.

After being a long-time customer I was told that although the lady I bring for service is older that they would not accommodate her. Several times we had waited for hours trying to be the first customer in the interests of time. After continually showing up late; there was no apology or even a discount for the inconvenience. I tried to make an appointment for her. The owner was adamant that they would not accommodate by making an appointment. I expect them to close soon. Two things they don’t believe in or practice: 1. Customers 2. Service No one is so desperate that they pay for mistreatment. It irks me when people are in a service industry and act as if they’ve done you a favor when you get service.

I go because it’s nearby my house and very affordable. I think it’s family run and operated (husband & wife + a couple relatives). They are very kind and welcoming. But honestly, the quality of work they offer is just okay. I usually only get pedicures there, bc I seldom get my nails done. Yesterday I got a mani/pedi bc I’m going on a trip for the holidays. I got the “crystal ‘no chip’ manicure” which costs $30 with no drying time (outside of the salon). The basic pedi is $20, as is the basic mani. The mani paint job is simply not the best I’ve ever had. So, I’ll stick to the $20 pedi & go elsewhere from now on for manicures when the occasion calls for them. The upside is that when I noticed areas the main lady missed painting on my finger nails and pointed them out (mainly the far edges & very tips), SHE started searching for them and self – corrected then told me to inspect them myself to point out anything else I wanted fixed. So, she at least listened to my preferences, which is good service. But hopefully the messy edges will wash off in the shower, lol.
