Critical: QualityShe completely ruined my eyebrows after I spent two months growing them out . So uneven and thin I almost left in tears, she was rushing throughout my entire experience (nails and eyebrows) . For my manicure she did absolutely nothing with my cuticles, the paint designs are no where near even, and she didn’t even file the top . Total came out to $205, for two pedicures, a manicure and eyebrows . She asked if I was going to tip .. I said yes, to add $15 so it’ll be $215 and she said, “ $220 perfect “ and ran off with my card . I waited a month and a half for these services because I’m military and live near Iraq and thought the states would do a better job, but definitely wish I would’ve just gone back home . She completely ruined my eyebrows after I spent two months growing them out . So uneven and thin I almost left in tears, she was rushing throughout my entire experience (nails and eyebrows) . Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been coming here for a few years and they never disappoint! It’s so cute, cleaning, and relaxing here. I’ve never had to wait more then 10 minutes without an appointment. My nails last so long when I come here (4-5 weeks). I don’t remember her name but I believe she is the owner, she always does a great job and is so nice. 10/10, 100% recommend coming here!I’ve been coming here for a few years and they never disappoint! I’ve been coming here for a few years and they never disappoint! It’s so cute, cleaning, and relaxing here. I’ve never had to wait more then 10 minutes without an appointment. My nails last so long when I come here (4-5 weeks). I don’t remember her name but I believe she is the owner, she always does a great job and is so nice. 10/10, 100% recommend coming here!

Clearly with this type of attitude you’re in the wrong profession. She did not deserve a tip but I gave her one anyway and then she can’t even say thank you! What nerve. Absolutely terrible! I’ve never had a nail tech with such a bad attitude ever! Nasty, unfriendly, and unhappy. Clearly with this type of attitude you’re in the wrong profession. I am 8 months pregnant and got a pedicure. as I was trying to leave and remove the pedi sandals I struggled. Within seconds an employee immediately came and helped me remove the pedi sandals and put my sandals on my feet. She was so kind. I loved it here!
