I’ve had to revise my review after having my nails for only 2 weeks I lost one. They should never pop off like a cheap press on. The shape was great on them but they did not last at all. After the first one 2 days later I lost 2 more of them while cleaning. It was very upsetting and I will not be going back after all.

Usually I go in to get my brows done here because they are reasonably priced and are quick but I went in to get a full set done, they were quite busy but I sat and waited anyways, they told me it was going to be 20 minutes so I stayed….an hour comes around and I’m getting really frustrated and was about to walk out but then finally it was my turn and the work that my nail tech did was a total redeemer for me. I showed him a picture of the shape I wanted and he got it dead on and they had a matte top coat which I really wanted. So despite the wait which I guess I should have known better and made an appointment, all in all I had a good experience.

Worst.manicure.ever! We were stuck in Cedar Falls due to bad weather so I decided to get a manicure because my cuticles were terrible. The guy never even trimmed them! I was in and out in under 10 minutes. $13 for him to basically paint my nails. So disappointing, I know I should have complained, but it was awkward.

It was convenient for me since i didnt want to drive all the way into CF. I had been coming to this place last year about mayb 8 times my daughters and my sister. I stopped going because i seen a worker in there just finish using the restroom doing a number 2 and didn’t flush wipe or wash her hands. The reason i know is because i was waiting to get in the bathroom. So today i said i would go there because this is where my daughter goes she said Lindsey does her nails i didnt get her i got another worker. Im asking questions about being charged for taking acrylic off a nail she keeps saying she charged me for fixing it fix what? I was getting a fill so u taking the acrylic was 3.00 she keeps saying she fixed my nail. Huh u didnt fix u took the acrylic off and did a fill so u charged me for taking it off still no she gets loud and i told her it was no way to talk to a customer and i will get loud right along with her the boss comes over and explained the same thing but says is that clear enough it made no sense just a way to cover of the extra charges if u ask me so i TOLD him he was not gone yell at me either cuz i dont even do business w them. This reminds me of the nail shop by carlos o kellys its my money i can ask questions if i want to. Not to mention there files are worn out and can give ppl infections as well as all the dust around the place and filthy build up on there wax machine which can also cause infections, sanitizing machine dusty nasty which indicates not much use for sanitizing tools. All i can say is please be careful speak up or u will catch germs and infections. Customer service sucks treating ppl like crap cuz they ask about things pertaining to ones hard earned money. Never again this is my 2 bad experience and my last!!!!!!
