Lovely Nails

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityFirst of all, it took forever to be “next”.Secondly , the prices are way too high for the rush jobs they are doing.. last but most importantly, the woman was very rude. I’d recommend the staff taking some customer service classes or something. Also, when was the last time the restroom was properly cleaned? I will never spend my money with them, nor will I go with anyone else.#2. You may not remember, because being rude is clearly a regular. I didn’t lie. You didn’t ask me to wait, I had to wait for a while, because I was going to use your services. I was willing to pay the the overpriced rushed job just because I had waited so long , but it was the rudeness for me. And I did go somewhere else! Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValuePoor customer service. Shop is dirty. Other techs just sit around. He charged me $90 for my length & coffin shape. My next visit I got shorter nails & square shape. My nails were still $90. When trying to discuss the issue with Johnny he recommended I go else where. Poor customer service. Thank you Johnny. I thought, is this really happening. The next day my finger nail bed was swollen. I figured it was a hematoma and I applied heat. It was painful. About a week later I ended up in the ER with a nasty fungal infection. I contacted Johnny and he told me to “f@#$ off”. I reported them to Attorney General. I don’t want anyone to go through this! Is this what it has come to in this country? Like the other reviwers said. This place should close. Im tearful writing this. No one deserves to be treated like this.
