I came 3 days in a row to get my eyebrows done and they asked if I had an appointment which I didn’t and they would say come back tomorrow, without offering to make me an appointment. On the 3rd day when I came in, it was early and no one said anything at first, then they all looked at each other, I said I’m here to get my brows arched, finally someone just said no we don’t have anything rather rudely. That is the last I will enter that business. Went QD and got them done right away.

Lovely Nails is my favorite nail salon! The salon itself is SO clean and the staff go above and beyond. Exceptional service!! My nails have never looked better. I drive half an hour to come to this salon now and it is well worth my time! They’ve taken extra measures of sanitation during the Covid pandemic as well. I felt safe and comfortable during my pedicure. Appointment only for the pandemic and it is very easy to call to make an appointment. The staff is great with communication if appointments open up before your scheduled time, someone will give you a call to offer an earlier time slot. Keep up the great work Lovely Nails!
