Was a Saturday afternoon and only had 2 nail techs doing the hands. Got therat 3:15 pm and waited fir over 2 hours. If I had known that it was going to be that long I would have gone somewhere else. The oly reason I didn’t someone had already took off my old polish. Gel manicures, Polish removal

Went in and 2 ladies were standing there. I said hello and they said nothing. I was the only 1 in there and 15 min later they asked what i wanted ( they had just opened ). I told her and then asked how much and she said $35 for a manicure. I told her i was charged $15 two months ago with gel and the last time, a month ago it was $25. So i told her no thank you and she said something to the other lady and they started laughing. They watched me leave thru the window and 2 customers left because they heard how they talked to me. Wont ever go back! RUDE!

Went in for a fill in, one person ahead of me on sign in paper. They were really busy… about 10 mins they took the lady in front of me on the list. So I was ok- this won’t take much longer. Another lady comes in for a pedicure, signs in. I’m still waiting for my fill in, been about 25 mins at this point and they take pedicure lady. I got lil irritated, but after an hour of sitting there and no one even saying anything. It was ridiculous!! Worst customer service! TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER OR LOSE THEM! There are plenty of other nail salons that will take their business.

Have went here for years but last two times they have been rude and today pretty much told me to take my money elsewhere. I have not done anything that I am aware of to deserve this attitude. Find another place in my opinion if this is how they treat you.

Critical: QualityI have been twice, and while the ladies take their time they are unnecessarily rough! My entire right hand cuticles are cut open from my acrylic fill in. They are also unnecessarily rough when they file your nails down to put the acrylic on. While the shaping of my nails was better this time, they are still not great and not exactly what I wanted.
