I went here the other week to get a gel polish before my vacation, and the staff was so wonderful! I hadn’t eaten anything that day and ended up getting faint during my appointment, and everyone on the staff rushed to help me and went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. I went on my vacation and ended up getting engaged with the manicure they gave me. 🙂 Thank you to Lovely Nails for your kindness, and being a part of a wonderful memory!

The place was a little dated…horrible polish selection. Half of what I wanted they didn’t have. Then he proceeded to cut up the sides of my nails and cuticles. Then told me my nails are too short for the coffin shape and don’t look good. Like, isn’t that what you’re here to do? I finally pick out two colors and the man refused to polish my nails the color i wanted. I picked out a 3rd color and he began painting. I asked if he planned to get the old polish off first and he kept painting. So now I can see the parts of my old French poking through. Never again.

They get one star just because they were friendly. Other than that it was the quickest pedicure I have ever had . I was really looking forward to a leg and foot massage but all she did was rub lotion into my legs about the same speed I would at home and then was done. Nail polish looks splotchy and you can see through to my nail in some spots . She was wearing the same gloves she wore during the pedicure before . Would NOT recommend

I just got the worst pedicure of my life. First it was done in 14 minutes time and she didn’t soak my feet more than 2 minutes. She didn’t remove dry skin either. When I tried to tell her she acted like she didn’t understand me. She 100% does not have a license to do feet or nails. And I am reporting this place as soon as I am done leaving this review. I hope my $42 was worth all the trouble I am going to bring this place. .

I went here with my sister and daughter for pedicures (and manicures). The lady who did my pedicure didn’t change her gloves the entire time (multiple tasks were done) and she used the same tools on my daughter that she did myself. I didn’t make a big deal at it because it is my child so I let it go, however, this is so unsanitary. She rushed after I asked her if I could sit in the seat for a little before the pedicure itself. She was very rude and made multiple rude comments to me. Again, I ignored it because I wanted to get through the service with no further issues. She did not put the top coat on the gel polish so my polish came off a week later. I do not recommend this place due to it being unsanitary and due to staff being unprofessional.

Up until a few yrs ago this was my go to, stopped because of the way I was spoken to. A friend was going so I decided to try again. Big mistake, had to go back twice for repair because the polish was to thick and didn’t dry right. The wrong color was put right over the top of the lumpy messed up polish the 1st time as I stood there. It looked horrible so I went back again, the old new polish was removed on just the 1 toe and then the wrong color again applied. So $50.00 w tip for a Pedi, very unprofessional I couldn’t see how far apart the colors really were until I was outside but they could, I questioned the color both times. They try to make it look like it’s your fault and your the problem or to picky. Never Again…
