They broke two of my real nails. I have long real nails I get dip normally. It takes a long time to grow long healthy nails. So to have two broken and they acted like it was no big deal. Completely unprofessional. I only came here because LA Nails was closed for remodeling. I should have waited and just left them look grown out. The lady was so incredibly rough. I have never had a nail tech break one nail before… she broke two. If you value your nails…Never come here!

Asked for a normal manicure and pedicure, without gel. Lady who did my nails was great, but salon charged me $68! Went on their Facebook page later and saw their rates are listed at $52 for regular mani pedi combo. Called manager and said they had not updated their prices online. A difference of $16??? After an okay-ish set of acrylics last week, I decided to soak them off myself today. During my soak off, I discovered that this salon likely used MMA monomer on my nails due to the gummy and near impossible removal process. MMA can be extremely damaging to natural nails and is banned in the state of Kentucky. Please check with your nail tech on what products they use before you get your nails done ANYWHERE, especially here. I’m still trying the remove the acrylic after 2 hours worth of soaking and scraping…
