Through my experience I’ve had my ups and downs, this was my most recent visit to Lovely Nails. The design was to die for, so beautiful!! However the black shellac pilled off so easily, but wasn’t that easy to notice unless you were holding my hand up close looking. My experience of this place is it all depends the nail technician you are paired with! 9 time out of 10 I’ve been satisfied!

I was in there yesterday Tuesday to have my nail fixed from where it broke off so I walked in and the lady at the Front told the girl behind her to fix my nail well needless to say she ask the guy next to her to fix her because she was on the phone. I have been going to the place for over 3 years and never had a problem up until now if she is to worry about being on the. Phone and not worry about fixing someone nail then she doesn’t need to be a nail Tech she was very rough and her my finger and I don’t appreciate how she did things and I’m not sure what her problem was but she need to get it figured out highly upset with how she done my nail!!!!

I’m usually not one to leave a bad review or for that matter leave a good review unless something really got my attention. I walked in the day before and they were super busy so I schedule an appointment for the next day. The place itself was very clean. The young lady that took my appointment the day before and checked me in the day of my appointment was super sweet and friendly. The young lady doing my pedicure, rubs my legs and feet a little nothing more than usual nothing less, felt very nice. Takes my gel polish off my toes and rubs a pumice stone on my heels. puts acrylic on my big toes without a tip – not sure what the purpose was (I had a tip on before because they were too short), files them a little. Then throws the toe thingys (spread your toes apart when they are ready for polish) and I ask her if she is going to do my cuticles. She actually looks at me like I’m bothering her but proceeds to pick up the tool to clean my cuticles. I told her never mind don’t worry about it. I’ve had many pedicures and this was a little more than a polish change (because she does massage good). Needless to say I had a nail appointment as well that I did not stay for and won’t be back. I was charged $60 … their board clearly states pedicure with gel/shellac is $46. Super disappointed!!!!!

I would never go anywhere else. Mike has taken care of my nails for around a year. He is very professional and always does a good job. The staff are very personable and honest. I would recommend Lovely Nails to anyone.
