Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI am working in the region this week and needed to relax with a mani/pedi. I almost did not go because of the reviews. I am so glad that I did! This was one of the best experiences in a nail salon! I called and got my name on the list, so when I did get there I chose a color, waited about 10 minutes and then Danny came in and gave me an amazing pedicure with a great foot and leg message. My mani was just as amazing. They take time to do it with such detail. I am working in the region this week and needed to relax with a mani/pedi. I almost did not go because of the reviews. I am so glad that I did! This was one of the best experiences in a nail salon! I called and got my name on the list, so when I did get there I chose a color, waited about 10 minutes and then Danny came in and gave me an amazing pedicure with a great foot and leg message. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe place is beautiful since new owner came in and very classy. Their prices are a bit higher, but that’s because they are actually using the best products that are brand name and they take their time to perfect your nails. I have went to many nail salons all over the world and I can honestly say this place is one of the best. I have never broke a nail or had a nail come off ever! Their prices are a bit higher, but that’s because they are actually using the best products that are brand name and they take their time to perfect your nails. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI would not recommend this place. I gave them 1 star out of 5 and that was because I only liked the color that was applied. The guy that did mine never said “a word” the entire time, charged me $40 dollars instead of $35 for fill in. The guy that did mine never said “a word” the entire time, charged me $40 dollars instead of $35 for fill in. Romeo oh Romeo come back to Lovely Nails, because the ones they have now I will not go back..looking for new place…very disappointed!!!!

I left Lovely Nails with a excellent manicure .Tan Dao was the manicurist who worked hard to correct my nails and did a beautiful job.He took his time and didn’t rush . He was professional and did excellent work. I had the best experience here!!! I am from Louisville, and didn’t know where to go… I am sooo happy I came…everyone was sooo nice, and the shop was remodeled and super cute inside!!! My nails look absolutely fabulous as well!!!

Very poor example of what a nail salon should be.My tech couldn’t even paint a flower,keep in mind it was literally the simplest flower.After 3 horrible attempts and tech getting annoyed because I kept making her redo it I said to heck with it and chose a glitter on that accent finger.Ive went here over 4 years, used to be my favorite day every two weeks at the end it became dreaded chore because I knew my nails would be horrible quality.After the flower incident,not even 72 hours later my nail lifted.I even told the tech it looked chalky like it does when it lifts from the nail bed.I paid 110$ for nails I’m just going to have to take off and put a new set on.Keep in mind also that was a fill in and gel nails no design or diamonds and almond shape.Also it’s 10 alone if you want a shape.20$ a finger if you want diamonds.I wish I could attach pictures.Do not go here.Also it’s s waste of time to tell them your not happy they won’t make it right or refund your money so basically stay away if you want half decent nails!!!!!
