Had a very unpleasant experience. The girl barely touched my feet at all leaving on all the rouph spots and getting nail polish on my skin not taking the extria time to wipe it off. She didn’t even bother to talk to me thought the entire thing. No foot massage, no pushing my cuticles or taking off dead skin. It was a shame because the other girls really seemed to know what they were doing .

Worst experience ever. The lady never fully removed the old polish and just painted over it, which showed through the new polish. She never addressed me she spent the whole time talking to her co-worker. I sat under the nail dryer for over 20 minutes and the polish never dried. I paid $15 for a polish and tipped $7.00 only to have to repaint my nails when I got home.

A man named Paul did an excellent job. I requested a French manicure, which requires a steady hand to get that white nail tip painted. He did a great job, spending time on each nail to get it just right. My friend and I were also able to walk in without an appointment. They had plenty of staff and we only had to wait a few minutes. I called ahead of time got at 3:30 on Friday.waited till 4:15 to finally went up to the counter to ask if they forgot about me., he said ok your next . The area where he does my nails were dirty from other peoples breathing, sneezing. Used already been used tools. Did not get the arm and hand message . He was so booked , he couldn’t give you a good manicure!

Asked for french with dip , the tech said she couldn’t do the French with dip that she would paint the tips . Ok , .. so nails done .. uneven .. different shapes .. Pedicure : the tech had me put my feet in cold water… Did not let them soak at all he began trimming filing .. he kind of scrubbed my feet ..did nothing with calluses… Did not massage .. did not get any kind of lotion … Yet and still charged me 110 for services . I didn’t realize until I got home but my nails are super uneven and seem cracked like this. Each of my nails and my toes look like this. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came in for an appointment at 11 I didn’t sit down until 1145 which is fine until I picked out a regular nail polish and my nail tech insisted on changing to Gel I specifically stated if he had the color I wanted in gel that would be fine but he did not so he made me pick a different gel color. Which is NOT what I wanted. So of course I was already flustered and in a bad mood about not being able to get what I wanted. I came in for an appointment at 11 I didn’t sit down until 1145 which is fine until I picked out a regular nail polish and my nail tech insisted on changing to Gel I specifically stated if he had the color I wanted in gel that would be fine but he did not so he made me pick a different gel color.
