Critical: Quality, ValueThis place was the worse I’ve ever experienced. I get my nails done regularly but due to my nail shop being on vacation I had to find an alternative.My nails are too narrow to be so tiny, the polish has bubbles in it, and four of my nails does not match. I get my nails done regularly but due to my nail shop being on vacation I had to find an alternative.My nails are too narrow to be so tiny, the polish has bubbles in it, and four of my nails does not match. Good customer service and ce very poor service environment was unclean and they over charge and you don’t get what you pay for…the work was very sloppy and thrown up!! So I went back again because Me Me I thought was friendly but, the third time I went I got charge a lot and one of the men in the shop cut my hand and they laugh about it. It was bleeding they really spoke in their language and laugh I was so upset I wanted to report them to the BBB but didn’t understand how to fill it out. I would not recommend there service at all. I’ve been there more than twice First experience was ok. Me Me son painted my nail but it looked like a rush job. So I went back again because Me Me I thought was friendly but, the third time I went I got charge a lot and one of the men in the shop cut my hand and they laugh about it. I paid $53 for my 7 year old daughter and I a pedicure. After they got my money. They rushed us out the door so quick. That my toes were messed up before I pulled off the lot. And when I tried to go back for them to fix them. They asked me to come back tomorrow… Worst nail salon ever… Never again will I go there.. And not to mention they only had one water and one coke left. And no Champagne… Smfh

They did a horrible job. This was done Friday evening. The lady rushed thru the job and didn’t file properly. They are uneven. Maybe because there was water leaking from the ceiling onto my nail Tech’s head. SMH. Horrible experience and I will not be going back.

The older lady did my nails on Friday. It looks like she rushed thru it maybe bc the ceiling was leaking on top of her. They aren’t even as far as length or left hand from the right hand. Then the even older lady rushed thru polishing and didn’t polish the whole nail. I will not be going back. Wish I could post a picture of the horrible job they did.
