I went to this nail salon and I was made feel so out of place. And the woman doesn’t even wait for the customer to answer her questions. She made my nails so crooked they be built like jack skellington. And she was speaking her language. And from what I understood, she was using very colorful words and was talking bad about me and my friend. She was so rude. I will never go here again. The store was also very dirty. It looked like they don’t be cleaning anything. She was very lazy in her work. Never again. I advise you don’t go to this salon

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI usually come pretty regular but lately the service has been very poor. one nail tech. I waited over and hour for a CUT DOWN two weeks ago, got my nails done (overlay) yesterday and within 2 hours one had come off completely without my help at all. need better time management. good prices however

Called while at the gas station directly across the street to make sure there was no wait. She reassured me there was no wait at all. I walked in and no one greeted me until almost 10 minutes later asking what I wanted. I said I had just called asking about a fill and confirming wait time. She didn’t respond to me. I sat and waited for 40 minutes before leaving. If there was a wait I would have liked to have known when I asked for a reason. Wouldn’t have even bothered to sit there for almost an hour on my Sunday without being able to get my nails done.

My nails have never looked this bad before. I had her stop before putting polish on because I’m going to have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. And still payed $22. I am beyond upset. The acrylic is cracked in multiple places and down to my natural nail in spot from where she drilled so much, and are a quarter of an inch thick in other spots! The shapes and lengths are terribly uneven. I have never complained about my nails like this because I understand that it’s impossible to get them perfect, but this is ridiculous.

I called ahead and asked the hours of operation and waited an hour and a half then soaked my feet in water for another and then he rushed through the pedicure- my feet still hurt and I was charged more than the selection I chose- I was very frustrated with the time and money I spent on the whole process. I was going to get a fill but I didn’t want to wait another 2 hours- not worth the time or fumes!

Horrible, one person small, old polish, do not greet, very uncomfortable, I even asked her to stop & take my nails down after she shape em because they were fat & crooked & she refused to, will never go again, the workers are old & unfit
