I had the same horrible experience with the man as all the other one star reviews on here. He coughed and sneezed the entire time with no mask on. He didn’t speak to me, I had to speak to him first and he acted as if he still didn’t want to speak. I would give him a zero for his customer service skills. I went here with my 2 daughters and spent almost $200 including a tip. If you are looking for great customer service, a nail tech who actually acknowledges you, who treats you like a valued customer. Then you better run far from this place. The worst way to waste your money at a place where they are agitated because they have to work. I will not be back.

Owner did a terrible job on my nails. Left them very thick, and had to ask him to thin them out. When asked to fix the parts that were left uneven and not even covering my nail, he went off and started yelling at me! They are overpriced and cut corners and don’t even give you a proper manicure. DONT come to these people!!! Spend your money elsewhere with better people. I came in for a simple repair, because I accidentally broke a nail. These people treated me like a was not a valuable costumer because I was not spending enough money. The owner, I’m guessing it was, was incrediably rude to me. Didnt even greet me when he started doing my nails. He yanked on my hand and aggressively filed my nails. He didnt even let me look at the colors to pick which one I wanted instead told me he doesnt have my color without even looking. I’m a nail technician and I know terrible customer service when I see it, and this was another horrible experience I’ve had at a nail shop. He totally butchered my nail as well, even my boyfriend could tell it was messed up. This nail shop is a joke and the shop should be shut down!!!!!!!
