My experience here was not a good one. I received a fill in and pedicure. Pedicure was good but Paul (owner’s husband) did not do a good job on my nails. My nail lifted after a week of service. I went back to give them a second chance but 2 of my nails came off and 3 more are lifting. They’re also jagged on the sides. Yea do not recommend as I will not be returning. It’s very close to my house but unfortunately I will be finding another salon.

Salon was bustling – I waited 10 minutes and was then seen. What a fabulous job – just as good as in NJ – I was very pleased. Technician (I assumed the owner) had to keep answering phone and greeting in person customers that came in. She kept apologizing – not a problem for me as she was doing a great a job and a busy salon is a good salon. I tried to use their booking online option and it wouldn’t let me submit it so I drove over there only to find they were too busy to take me, so I rescheduled for 2.5 hours later. I noticed they were using a paper log for their bookings so don’t bother trying the online option. They were still busy, so I still had to wait 20 minutes for someone even though I had an appointment. The other thing is their pricing. I went on a website using my phone and a manicure pedicure was $38. Using my computer, their website showed $40. (?) The price list inside the salon showed $41 and ultimately my receipt showed $43! Ridiculous. Also bad because since I didn’t bring my purse, I brought the correct cash for a tip and had to dig into that to pay the upcharge so guess who got short changed on the tip? The technician was great and the place had a nice clean feel to it. So bottom line is the service is great but the pricing and scheduling is awful.

I didn’t have an appt. but only had to wait about 10- 15 mins. It was my first time here. Tech was very polite and friendly. He did the pedicure and acrylic fill ins. I enjoyed his conversation. All were friendly. However, pedicure was short and for my manicure there was very little acrylic used to cover the fingernails when he was filling them in. My nails weren’t buffed at the ends so they are very sharp (probably bc there was no acrylic put on the ends) and one of my nails broke off for no reason the next morning. I have work tomorrow and no time to get it fixed before then. (They are closed Sundays) Most importantly , when he went to retrieve the powder and liquid from somewhere else, to do my nails, the powder had clumps in it. It had not been cleaned. He picked out the clumps with his fingers and tossed them in trash. His equipment also appeared dirty as well. I’d be willing to give another chance if it was just skimping on the powder, but not when it comes to cleanliness. Now I have to find a another place to redo my entire set.

Me and my mom have always been regulars at this nail salon but today was the last straw the owner of the place is beyond rude disrespectful and unprofessional. We always make appointments but today it took her and hour to attend us and then decided to yell at my mom about her service! Not only that she told another customer to get out because she simply requested them to fix a nail. They always rush to get everyone out because they are always “busy” since they overbook their customers and still demand a tip to be left!!! Prices are way over priced for the poorly job they do!!!
