Very nice place!! 100% recommended. Good COVID measurements, I felt safe. They took the temperature and everyone was wearing masks. Service was super quick, when I get there they seat me fast and started working with my frets. The sir that took care of me was good, he was quiet which I loved, he did a good job with my feet’s and hands. I’m very happy with the service. I got a regular pedicure and manicure.

They don’t sterilize their tools. Spraying alcohol on them is not proper sterilization. Team is extremely rude and does not know how to listen. I’ve been getting pedicures since I was 14 if I say I like my toes square you can’t tell me they grow round. I asked him to place an extra piece of paper between my toes so my toes don’t touch and mess up the polish he became aggressive and had an attitude. He needs to learn customer service and be professional and polite. If I’m paying my money I want my toes shaped the way I LIKE THEM.

Very unprofessional, kept talking to other employees in her language. I aske for a certain shape and she tried to tell me it can’t be done. When I took the file and did the shap, she starts pulling out products and tells me she will soak it off and u can go somewhere else. Clearly here you pay for what they want you to pay for. I told her she will not be soaking anything off after she wasted my time. Considering I do nails and just wanted a day of pampering, I will go home and do it the right way. The pinky is what I did to show the shape. There are better places. I guess I now know why there was 2 clients only in there.

WORST pedicure I ever had in my life!!! I was burned twice with scalding hot water and she scrubbed an area of my heal where there was NO DEAD SKIN so hard it blistered and opened my skin and scarred me.
