Lovely Nails

Critical: ProfessionalismI was going to this nail salon for a while and never had a problem, until about a month ago. I will NEVER go back there. They were so rude to me. I walked in one day and they were busy so Kevin the manager told me to make an appointment. I made one and went back on my scheduled day and time. I got my pedicure done by Sonia and she always does a great job. Then she told me to sit and wait until the girl is ready to do my nails. 5 minutes later a technician came to me and said everyone is booked and can’t do my nails, do i want to make an appointment? I told her I have an appointment to do my nails and pedicure and I made the appointment with Kevin the manager. She didn’t want to listen to me and said it again that nobody was available. I asked to speak to the manager and she said he was off today. I asked her to call him, she told me no. Then she told me there was one technician available but she doesn’t feel comfortable doing my nails! I asked her how come? She said that last time I said I didn’t like how my nails came out. I NEVER said that, ever about anyone. The technician even walked out of the salon because they said she didn’t want to be in there with me! CLEARLY they were mistaking me for another client but they were so rude. I was going to this nail salon for a while and never had a problem, until about a month ago. I will NEVER go back there. They were so rude to me. I walked in one day and they were busy so Kevin the manager told me to make an appointment. I made one and went back on my scheduled day and time. I got my pedicure done by Sonia and she always does a great job. Critical: Quality, ValueOver all not good execution on nails gel is peeling after 1 day. Nail polish also has bubbles probably do to a old nail polish used. nails are also Filed slanted and not straight has to fix when I got home ‍♀️Service: Manicure

Critical: QualityEvery time I try a new nail place I always regret it and this was no exception. I will say the customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating but the quality of the work was poor. This seems more like an acrylic place and I get a dip so perhaps they need more training on dip services. The color I chose did not match the sample (but I ended up liking it so no biggie). I asked if they include a manicure with the dip and was told it’s an additional $10. No problem as I like a clean nail bed each set and my usual gal always does it before each dip. She did not start with the manicure and when I asked about it she says she does it AFTER the dip. That completely defeats the purpose of having clean nail beds and cuticles to prep for the dip. The tech was VERY fast and sloppy and I had powder all over me. She dipped me and left bubbles all over so they have ridges and are super wavy as you can see. Cuticles were cut and bled after the dip was done, filing was poor and they were so sharp I had to file them myself when I got home. Pedicure was fine. All in all for the price I paid I will stick with my usual gal who takes her time to ensure my nails are perfect. Oh well.EDIT: Only 5 DAYS after service and 3 nails have broken. Poor quality work. Very disappointed.EDIT #2: ALL OF MY NAILS HAVE BROKEN OFF. $60 AND ONLY LASTED 5 DAYS.Every time I try a new nail place I always regret it and this was no exception. Every time I try a new nail place I always regret it and this was no exception. I will say the customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating but the quality of the work was poor. This seems more like an acrylic place and I get a dip so perhaps they need more training on dip services.
