As a first time visitor I must say that I am very impressed! I recommend going on a weekday if possible because everyone in there is putting in great quality work and the seats are filled. Both nail techs that did my nails did an exceptional job as they did not rush and did it correctly. I showed a picture and got great results as the picture. I have definitely found my nail shop that I will continue to go too!

So I had a little bit of time this afternoon as I was leaving, big lots, so I decided to run in lovely nails to see if I could get a regular manicure with gel polish. I walk in, they say they can take me right away, so I sat down. I did not catch the girls name that was giving my manicure, but she was putting acrylic on a couple of her nails as I was looking through polish choices. She then came back and started on my service, the first red flag was, she did not get a bowl to soak my nails. When I asked her about it, she said the solution that she brushed on my nails would soften the cuticles faster, of course, I rolled my eyes at that…being a hairdresser of 30 years I knew better. She then proceeded to trim my cuticles, but was getting nothing, I knew then this was going to be a bad choice! So I gave her the benefit of the doubt and sat there and decided at that point, that I would not get gel polish that I would just get clear. So I told her that, and after she tried to clip my cuticles she immediately told me to wash my hands, so I did. When I came and sat back down, she got the clear polish out and put one coat of clear polish on, and told me to go sit under the nail dryer. At that point I was steaming, no massage, no nothing else… needless to say it was the WORST manicure I have ever had to pay for!
