I came here today because my birthday was yesterday, and I wanted to get my nails prettied up. The lady was incredibly nice, patient with my hearing issues, and even apologized when the nail file scratched my skin open. I have fragile skin, so it wasn’t really her fault. I came this past Friday. I felt no one listened to me when I told them what I wanted because I had to explain the design several times and it still didn’t come out right. It is now Tuesday so it it has been 5 days since I have had the stones on my nails. Five on each of my middle fingers and I am now down to 1 stone on my right and 2 on my left. I paid $47 leaving a very generous $10 so the total was $57 so I guess the saying is right, you get what you pay for. I won’t be going back.

I arrived at 6pm to repair or replace work on my nails that was done on 7/27. Shop is not busy. I have been waiting for 45 minutes. For them to ask me / tell me the customer she is getting ready to do will take 20 minutes it is 650pm the shop closes at 8pm do I want to come back tomorrow?

This place is so disappointing. I’ve been going to them for a few months now and recently started taking my daughter. We stared bringing our own polish because they wanted to charged us $15 for gel polish . Well this time I brought my own gel polish and they still tried to charge me $15. When I asked why does it cost the same to use my own polish they workers had no reason behind it. So I paid for the fill in and left. I do want to add that the table where they do their “spas” had a man back there sleeping. Which made my decision to not go back there again extremely easy.

I always love my nails but for the dude who did my feet and made my cuticle bleed then try to hide it like I wasn’t paying attention is very unacceptable and he charged me 2 extra dollars for a bag that suppose to be in the tub better yet he didn’t even mention the bag was $2 he just placed it in there! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GET MY FEET DID THERE!

The place is dingy! When I got my toes done she would dig out the corners and then leave the nail there. She was rubbing my feet and calves I couldn’t hardly feel it. Once she got around to my nail she cut my nail after telling her not to more than once. Then she was going to leave my nails looking blotchy because when I said something she tried to tell me it was fine. I had to end up telling her to put another coat of paint on and it felt like I was pulling teeth to get that. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will never go back!
