Positive: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had dip and tips done in Indiana about 4 weeks ago. I called Lovely and asked if I could do a fill on them and was told yes, and I could come in at 2. When I got there I told them what I had an appt for and they said they can’t do a fill on dips, they soak it off and start over. So I said ok and showed my picture of what I wanted, the woman kept saying “No we don’t have that” and gave me the color swatches to pick my colors. They had lots of pretty colors and glitter colors I think she just thought I wanted a specific style of fancy glitter from my pictures.Once I got my colors picked out they got started on me right away. Everyone here was extremely friendly and personable and just made it feel like home. There were 3 ladies working so there were a few other women who came in for services and they were all repeat customers you could tell because they were treated like family. The lady who did mine was attentive and made sure I got what I wanted. I love the way my nails turned out – absolutely beautiful. And everyone was so kind! I had dip and tips done in Indiana about 4 weeks ago. I called Lovely and asked if I could do a fill on them and was told yes, and I could come in at 2. When I got there I told them what I had an appt for and they said they can’t do a fill on dips, they soak it off and start over.
