I just called today for an appointment and price range for a pedicure. Afterwards I was explaining that I am using a wheelchair as I cannot stand or sit for long periods of time…he rudely tried to hang up on me! I cut him off, told him that I wasn’t finished talking and that I would find another business that would accommodate me. I hung up on him first!

Me and my mother went to the salon for the first time today and the two men that did our pedicure were extremely rude they had bad attitudes which made our entire experience very unpleasant. once we asked what the price was before getting our nails done their whole attitude changed and they acted like anything we asked for was a huge inconvenience, yanked my foot around and were completely silent whenever I asked a question. when I asked for the price for a color change I was told it was $30. We will never go back here again it was a very unpleasant experience because of their attitude

I will never go back to this salon.. the guy who did my pedicure was so unbelievably RUDE and extremely rough! My foot/ankle was clearly swollen and he still chose to yank my foot around.. when he went to put the clear coat over the nail polish, it smeared the polish, he got mad and slammed the nail polish down like it was my fault. Pedicure ended up being the worst one I’ve ever gotten, looks as if my 11 year old niece could have done it.. polish was all over my skin and he didn’t bother to get it off..not to mention, my feet are so sore today from his roughness!!! He didn’t say a word to me until it was time to pay, he was the nicest man you ever met then.. thinking he was going to get a tip..from now on, my business will go elsewhere.
