Absolutely in love with my nails. Always my go to salon. She did exactly what I asked for, and better. I know how tedious putting those gem stones on is. But she did it with a smile on her face. Very friendly staff, customer service on point. Good prices. For what they do I believe they deserve more. That’s why I tip as much as I can every time 🙂 !! Second good review from me, and I’m positive more to come. If you think of going to a nail salon in winchester choose this one

I stopped in here after work today without having called or made an appointment and I was absolutely blown away by the service I received! I cannot thank or recommend Amy enough! I had a set done from two different nail salons and was not pleased with their work so I decided to try Lovely Nails for my fill this time. The set that I had was so thick I felt like I wasn’t able to move my fingers around freely. I asked her to take the old set off and put on a completely new, fresh set. She was awesome and very patient with me and made sure through the entire process that I liked the length, thickness, filing, shape, and nail polish. This is also the first place that I’ve been to that hasn’t cut into my skin around my cuticles making them bleed. Amazing service and very reasonably priced. I will be coming back as a regular at this location from now on!

I was a walk in, never been there before. They sat me down and were super friendly. Their prices were way lower than I expected. I got an acrylic set, and dip powder. Their colors are beautiful and normally going to nail salons I have to pick a few colors off their nail options because they end up telling me they don’t have the color I wanted but this place was stocked :)) she took her time, and was super gentle. Best nail set, and customer service I’ve ever had from a nail salon. Also I came in about 30 min before they closed but they still took me in and worked almost an hour after closing time. I’m not really a review writer but I was so suprised/pleased with this place. Definitely my main salon now! btw I had amy. She was amazing

This salon is well equipped and has skilled workers that do a good job. I was happy with my finished product of a gel pedicure, but I would have appreciated more communication. I arrived planning to have a spa pedicure, so was obviously not upset when this is what I received, but I don’t recall ever having this offered to me…they just did it. If you were wanting just a basic pedicure for $20 less, you will need to go out of your way to articulate this. They did ask if I wanted gel or regular, but beyond that, I was left wondering, which is uncomfortable. Otherwise, the prices were typical, and they were able to get us in same-day on a Saturday without a problem.
